So this week it was Robert and Taylor's birthday! Rob's birthday usually gets pushed aside because I'm too busy planning for Taylor's birthday, but we actually had a really fun time! My mom came up and watched the kids while Rob and I went to dinner at Ruby's Diner on the pier in Newport, then we rented bikes to ride along the boardwalk. It was so much fun! Then the next day came Taylor's birthday party at the pool. It was pretty stressful but Taylor had such a great time and was so glad that all her friends could make it! The cake I made and got the idea from my sister Meghan who just made it for her daughter! It took forever to make!

ok, I am laughing out loud cuz of our picture together. We are like on the bottom 1/4 of the pic cause I demanded a shoulders up shot, eh? That is too funny. Your cake rocked and I want to copy you now. That was a super fun party and we had a blast.
How absolutely adorable is that cake?! Way to go Elizabeth! I'm glad the party was a success-looks like fun! I love Taylors haircut too. She's so beautiful and looks a bit older with that new 'do!

Wow. My wife was just surfing through some of these blog sites, and I happened to see your blog site. I haven't seen or talked with you two in so long-- but you have the cutest little girls. And happy b-day too Rob-- next one is the biggie. I need to call soon to catch up on the last couple of years.
