Beach House

The morning we went to the beach house, over 20 of the 75 of us ran in the camp pendleton mud run. I so wish I had a picture of them after the race:)

We went and picked strawberries. You could eat the strawberries while you picked them; they were SO delicious!

We made it to the mormon battalion. We took a train ride down to get there which is always fun for the kids.

We were also able to go and visit the USS Midway, it was awesome and really interesting.

A bunch of the families went to Disneyland and we were one of them. Rob wasn't excited at all since it is always so busy during the summer but we surprisingly didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes for any ride and the weather was perfect.
So glad Grandma Judd joined us that day!
We rented some fun bikes while on the beach. (Its WAY harder than it looks!)
We were able to go and celebrate Cheryl's birthday. It was really fun just being together with the girls
Grace and Olivia being crazy right before bedtime

We had fun playing on the beach. Although the girls and I only lasted about 20 or 30 minutes every time because we were so cold and couldn't wait to go in the hot tubs they had back at the beach house!

Such fun memories and something we will never forget!!

Grace and Olivia's birthday

We were lucky enough to go to a beach house with Rob's side of the family again this year and decided that it would be fun to celebrate Grace and Olivia's birthday with their cousin Allie for a second time. I told Cheryl (Allie's mom) that I would be in charge of all of the decorations...mainly because I LOVE it! :) I made some dot garland (above) and blew up each of their pictures. I also made some flower garland (below).
I made some white pom pom's to put in the middle of a cupcake that was inside a terra cotta pot.
Even though they all had cupcakes I just had to make 3 little rose cakes for the girls. Honestly, the easiest cakes EVER!
 The birthday girls!
I decided to make pink and red felt flowers for all of the girls' hair that were there and inside that same bag was a bag of flower seeds to plant using their terra cotta pots from the cupcakes they ate...

 Cheryl and I
Cheryl had some cute activities planned for the 22 kids that were there, they made little butterflies and caterpillars, played hop scotch...
 corn hole game...
And they got to hit a big, HUGE lady bug piƱata which took over 20 minutes to break into!

So glad we have 2 birthday's down! Now for the rest of the summer: Las Vegas, Nova Scotia, Rob's birthday, Taylor's birthday, our Anniversary, Taylor's baptism and hopefully many naps for me! :)

Graduation

I can barely handle that my girls will be in 1st grade now!! They had so much fun in kindergarten and have grown so much. It was fun to watch them sing their songs at their "promotion" although I got a little teary eyed. I desperately want them to stay this young FOREVER!! I love my 3 girls and can't imagine life without them.
