For Christmas Rob gave 3 clues in 3 different emails about my present. When I finally got to the end it said that he would be flying my sister Meghan down in February to spend the weekend in LA! I was so excited! We just got back and we had such a fun time! My mom came last minute too! We did a lot of shopping and a lot of eating!!
We stayed in Santa Monica and decided to rent some bikes for an hour! It was so much fun, especially when we saw Gorden Ramsey from "Hell's Kitchen" running by us!

We of course had to stop and get some Sprinkles cupcakes!
We went shopping at the Grove and saw Joanna and Alexis Grace from American Idol! We made them feel way cooler than they actually are!!

We had such a great time and hopefully we can do it again next year! After the weekend that Rob had though i'm sure he won't agree!

It sounds like you had so much fun. I was tellling Rob at the guys BBX game on Sat how wonderful he is to give you such an amazing girls weekend, even though he was obviously stressed with the girls. Very sweet.

I had a girls weekend in LA too. It is so nice to get away for a little while. Reality sucks sometimes. We never made it to Sprinkles but I finally had Pinkberry it was sooo good. Cute pictures.

Too much fun! I would love a weekend like that. you think your hubby can give some pointers to my hubby on some great gifts that don't need to be returned. :) I guess he never get those memos!

You are so lucky you have a dad who lets your mom go do stuff like this while he stays home by himself and eats bread and water, does housework, listens to country music and gets depressed because the dog bugs and won't leave him alone and leaves dog hair all over the carpets and he is continually vacuuming when he is not sitting by himself in some room.
I'm so jealous! I haven't been shopping in forever. It's so great to have sisters, isn't it?
